Frequently Asked Questions

FARMHOUSE

How many beds are in the farmhouse?

There are 3 queen beds, 1 futon that becomes a queen, and two standard couches. We also have an additional bed that we can set up in the same room as the futon if some folks are cool sharing space.

Can I bring my dog?

The pet fee is typically $200 and we ask that the dog be leashed at all times to ensure the safety of our animals. We also ask that you clean up all 💩and dog hair in the house. There is a $500 fine if any animal is harmed or killed.

Can we have a bonfire?

A burn ban is in effect June - October

Are the roads maintained in the winter months?

The roads are maintained all the way to the house and you shouldn’t have a problem, but an all wheel drive rig is always helpful.

Do you provide firewood for the wood stove in the winter months?

We have firewood allotted for you by the wood stove and at the back door. If you need more, we are happy to sell it to you.

What is the arrival process?

When you arrive to the farm, you will take the first driveway and find your parking space on the right next to the old truck. Someone from our team will meet you to give you a tour of the property when you are ready. If you haven’t already done so, please let us know when you will arrive so that we are available.

The house will be open and ready for you to let yourself in after 4pm. The keys and house manual will be on the table for you.

There are carts parked in front of the farmstand to help transfer luggage to the farmhouse.

What is the guest responsible for at checkout?

  • Clean all dishes and put them away. If you need to leave the dishwasher running as you’re leaving, that is OK. We just don’t want to come back to pools of bacon grease.

  • Garbage and recycling is to be taken out to the garage and sorted per the instructions above.

  • Please gather all towels and leave them in a pile in the laundry room.

  • Don’t forget to take all your food out of the fridge.

  • For any excessive dirt or dog hair, please sweep and vacuum; we love our furry friends, but we don’t want to clean up after somebody else’s pet.

Don’t worry about starting any laundry before you leave!

Leave us a message in the Guest Book. We love hearing about your stay!
