The Guest House at Cave Creek Farm
The Guest House at Cave Creek Farm is a modern tiny home that accommodates up to five guests. Set on 20 acres in the Trout Lake Valley, it offers the privacy and comforts of home in the farm’s peaceful setting, with space to gather, settle in and slow down together.
About the Guesthouse
Set beside a pasture on the farm, the Guest House makes an easy home base for exploring Mt. Adams and the surrounding area. Nearby trails and waterways offer hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, skiing and snowshoeing, while the Columbia River Gorge, Hood River and White Salmon are all within easy driving distance.
Follow the wooded paths along the creek, wander through the medicinal gardens or spend an evening around the outdoor fire pit. Depending on the season, you may also find flower gardens, fresh eggs, seasonal produce, and other rhythms of life on the farm.
The Space
Where you’ll sleep: The guest house sleeps up to five people comfortably. There is 1 Single bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 King bed (we can configure the king bed into two twins upon request prior to your arrival).
Comfort & Essentials: Air conditioning and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, private bathroom and shower with hot water, bed linens, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, hangers, clothing storage, books and reading materials, and a private entrance and living room.
Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee, hot water kettle, pots and pans, salt and pepper, baking sheets, dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Laundry: Private in-unit washer and dryer.
Outdoor Amenities: Fire pit, outdoor shower, and free on-site parking.
Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib is available upon request at no additional charge.
Safety: Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher are provided.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use of the Bathhouse, including outdoor clawfoot tub and shower, Farm Stand, medicinal herb mandala, creek walk, and parking areas.
Guests will receive instructions for arrival and parking at the time of booking.

Other things to note
Dogs are allowed on the farm with an extra fee. All visiting dogs must be on a leash at all times.
Guests are prohibited from accessing the host's main house, farm production areas including vegetable gardens, greenhouse, and pasture without the consent of the host during your stay.

GUEST HOUSE
How many beds are in the guest house?
There is 1 Single bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 King bed (we can configure the king bed into two twins upon request prior to your arrival).
Can I bring my dog?
1 Dog maximum. The pet fee is typically $35 per night (and not to exceed $200 per stay). We ask that the dog be leashed at all times to ensure the safety of our animals. We also ask that you clean up all 💩 and dog hair in the house. There is a $500 fine if any animal is harmed or killed.
Can we have a bonfire?
A burn ban is in effect June - October. However we can light the fireball with a propane insert for your enjoyment.
Are the roads maintained in the winter months?
The roads are maintained all the way to the house and you shouldn’t have a problem, but an all wheel drive vehicle is always helpful.
What is the arrival process?
When you arrive to the farm, you will take the first driveway and find your parking space on the right by the farmstand. Someone from our team will meet you to give you a tour of the property if you like. Please let us know when you will arrive so that we are available.
The guest house will be open and ready for you to let yourself in after 4pm. The house manual will be on the table for you.
What is the guest responsible for at checkout?
Clean all dishes and put them away. If you need to leave the dishwasher running as you’re leaving, that is OK.
Please tie-up all garbage bags for easy removal
Don’t forget to take all your food out of the fridge.
For any excessive dirt or dog hair, please sweep.
No need to remove linens. We got it!
Don’t worry about starting any laundry before you leave!
