Calendula Salve

Healing salve made from calendula flowers and beeswax from Cave Creek Farm.

Calendula is well known for it’s strong anti-inflammatory properties and the ability to soothe skin ailments. The magic works by promoting cell repair and growth coupled with anti-fungal and antiseptic traits in a way that is gentle enough for a baby’s skin. Calendula oil is used to treat cradle cap, diaper rash, rashes, sunburn, swelling, eczema, acne, stings, wounds, burns, scrapes, and cold sores. We love it on the farm after a day in dirt to moisture dry and cracked hands, dirty feet, chapped lips and scrapes and scars we picked up along the way.

Apply salve directly to affected area. Avoid eye area. Best if used within a year of opening. Keep out of extreme temperatures.
